Wrangell-St. Elias National Park & Preserve
(Alaska)

Wrangell-St. Elias National Park, with 8,323,148
acres, is the largest unit of the National Park
Service.  The Chugach, Wrangell, and St. Elias
mountain ranges converge in this park site.  Most
mountain peaks are over 16,000 feet and there are a
large number of glaciers.  At 18,008 feet, Mount St.
Elias is the second highest peak in the United States.
