New River Gorge National River (West Virginia)

This river park contains one of the oldest rivers in
North America.  It flows through deep canyons.  
Boating, fishing, and picnicking are some of the
recreational activities.  The history of mining in towns
along the river is also one of the things the site
focuses on.
