Biscayne National Park (Florida)

This site contains the northernmost coral reef in the
United States.  The site is mostly water and it
protects interrelated marine systems including
mangrove shoreline and subtropical keys.
Recreation opportunities include boating, snorkeling,
camping, and watching wildlife.  What is unique
about the Junior Ranger program is that it is
conducted jointly with two other sites:  Big Cypress
National Preserve and Everglades National Park.
They use one common booklet.  Each activity in the
booklet is geared to either of the sites or to two of
them or all three.  If you complete enough activities
for one of the sites, you are awarded that site's
badge.  If you complete the activities for all three
sites, you are awarded a patch listing the three on it.
