Bering Land Bridge National Preserve (Alaska)

This park site on Alaska's Seward Peninsula is one
of the most remote ones in the National Park
Service.  You can only get here by flying in.  It is
located on a remnant of the land bridge which
connected Asia with North America more than
13,000 years ago.  Present are ash explosion
craters, lava flows, migratory birds, and arctic
wildlife and flowers.
